Potted Plants Series

... 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 盆栽 revisits my root while pushing the boundaries of traditional pottery and the versatility of the medium. Through contemporary art approaches, this series re-explores the basic pottery form, “pot”, vessels commonly used for plants. 

Paper & Pigment

𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿 & 𝗣𝗶𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 are basic materials artists use in their art making. This series explores the medium-specificity, post-medium and the medium’s multisensory and multidimensional qualities with different processes. 

Sky Island Forest & Storyboard

𝗦𝗸𝘆 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁 & 𝗦𝗸𝘆 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 are part of the 𝗦𝗸𝘆 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, together, they formed a site specific installation art to create an immersive space.
